	Mr. Rajesh Ramachandran is the Managing Director of CHESS. He is also the Pro- Chancellor of the AMET University. An MBA Graduate from CARDIFF BUSINESS SCHOOL, UK looks after Finance Management and Administration of the University and CHESS. He is also the Vice Chairman of Saraswathi Institute of Medical Science, which is a hospital and medical college.
	Mr. Frank Benjamin is the Operations Manager of CHESS, with over a decade of rich experience in the Transcription industry. Having worked with ITES/BPO majors in India, Frank possesses valuable knowledge and hands on experience in executing transcription projects. He is a postgraduate in Human Resources Management and has a successful track record of more than 12 years experience in the Transcription industry. He has rich experience in implementing Medical, Legal, General, Business and Media Transcription processes, creating standard operating procedures, have been involved in developing training programs and has the unique exposure to front-end customer requirement and back office operations.
